RDOOR Housing Corporation is a 501c3 that has been developing affordable housing units since 1981. Currently, RDOOR owns over 2,500 units in the Indianapolis area and in Northern Indiana. We are working on new projects in Indianapolis, and other areas around the state of Indiana, and are beginning development outside of Indiana.
Housing Navigator
The Housing Navigator contributes to the goals of the HomeNow Indy initiative by supporting the housing navigation needs of the Continuum of Care. This position will work directly with RDOOR staff, partner agencies, fiscal staff, and clients to engage clients, property provider partners. This position will be supervised by the Director of Housing Navigation.
Housing Specialist
The Housing Specialist contributes to the goals of the HomeNow Indy initiative by supporting the housing problem solving and diversion work of RDOOR’s Diversion team. This position will work directly with RDOOR staff, partner agencies, and clients to create sustainable housing solutions for families within the Continuum of care.
